LUOHE WEST LAKE NEW TOWN
Luohe River Basin, as one of the important birthplaces of Chinese nation, brings profound impact on the later generations. Relying on abundant water resources, we aim to seize the opportunity for the development and renewal in Luohe River Area through this plan, bringing new driving force to regional economic growth. We draw lessons from Singapore Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve and introduce four strategies: ecology orientation, cultural tourism stimulation, integrated development and smart operation into our design, to make Luohe River area a new destination for cultural tourism with landscape display, ecological experience, waterfront leisure and other functions.
